A large number of companies are now offering containerised, drone -in-a-box solutions.
These allow a drone to automatically recharge itself and download and upload data to a remote base. A containerised drone can provide instant reaction to a security threat 24/7, or mount patrols around a perimeter, without the need for human intervention.
Drone-in-a-box solutions like those provided by Airobotics, Airmada, Atlas Dynamics and others allow drones to be provided at low cost and with no manpower requirements. The thing literally flies itself, gathering data for security, agriculture, infratructure management or other purposes.
