Drone swarms take out Patriot missile sites in Yemen

Houthi rebels claim to have taken out US-made Patriot missile batteries in Yemen — one operated by the Saudis. the other by the UAE – using swarms of Iranian-made Qasef-1 drones. The drones hit the Patriot’s radar, blinding it so the site could be destroyed with ballistic missiles.

If accurate, this means the world’s most sophisticated air defense can now be knocked out with a handful of low-cost drones.
